Rooted In Awareness. Rising in Alignment.
Root & Rise is a 6-week psychoeducational and process group designed to help women understand the patterns shaping their relationships, decisions, and emotional responses.
This group focuses on awareness first — because you cannot change what you cannot see.
Through schema-informed exploration, nervous system education, and structured exercises, participants identify:
-
Core beliefs driving behavior
-
Attachment patterns in relationships
-
Emotional triggers and survival responses
-
The difference between coping strategies and authentic identity
Root & Rise is Ideal for women who:
-
Feel stuck in repeating patterns
-
Struggle with boundaries or people-pleasing
-
Feel high-functioning but internally unsettled
-
Want deeper self-awareness before making major life changes
This group pairs well with individual therapy because it reinforces insight work while adding peer reflection and accountability.
Root & Rise is about building the foundation — the roots — so change is steady, not reactive.
Anchored and Aligned

All About Our Story
From insight to embodied change.
Anchored & Aligned is a deeper integration group for women who already have insight but struggle to live differently in real time.
This is where awareness becomes self-leadership.
Using Schema Therapy, attachment theory, relational dynamics, and practical integration tools, women learn to:
-
Interrupt reactive cycles in relationships
-
Identify their Schema Modes (parts) in the moment
-
Regulate before responding
-
Align decisions with values rather than fear
-
Build internal stability instead of external control
Anchored & Aligned focuses on embodiment — not just understanding your patterns, but changing how you show up in work, love, and life.
This group is especially helpful for women who:
-
Know their patterns intellectually but repeat them emotionally
-
Feel strong in some areas of life but insecure in relationships
-
Want to strengthen boundaries without becoming rigid
-
Are ready to move from coping to conscious choice
This is integration work.
Less performing. More congruence.
Women In Process
A contained space for real-time relational growth.
-
Present-moment interaction
-
Honest but safe feedback
-
Exploring triggers as they arise in group
-
Practicing repair in real time
Where Root & Rise builds awareness and Anchored & Aligned strengthens integration, Women in Process focuses on relational courage.
-
Fear of rejection or abandonment
-
Shame and defectiveness narratives
-
Conflict avoidance or over-functioning
-
Emotional expression and vulnerability
This group often accompanies individual therapy because it gives women a safe laboratory to practice new relational skills with support and structure.
Women in Process is about learning to stay — stay present, stay honest, stay connected — without abandoning yourself.
